A water main broke under the respiratory clinic, filling the entire space with water up to 4 ft high. The pressure broke the windows and brought down walls. All the patient documents were soaked and covered in mud.
We established external power in the building using our generator and extracted the water. Documents were carefully removed and sent for restoration. The walls, ceiling, and floor were completely demolished following the guidelines set by the environmental consultant. Mold abatement was also required for this project. The area was then rebuilt according to client standards.
